A custom tool added to the Student Development site is a simple interfact for defining titles and target URLs for items that appear in the global drop down list navigation element on every page of the Student Development Web site. A user add an item, change the title or URL of an existing item, or remove items from one simple, visual interface. The system handles the HTML for you!

In the administrative view, an authorized user can view the entire site map and manipulate a page's properties or content via this interface. A strength of content management systems is that they allow for detailed page maintenance that is much more reliable and efficient than traditional static HTML sites.
