Intel Apple machines to run Windows OS (legitimately)

Even though its been
reported
that Intel-based Apple machines have been able to run under the Windows OS,
Apple has announced "Boot Camp"
, software which will allow the competing OS onto Apple's proprietary machines. From my understanding of it so far, unlike running Windows within a virtual-machine under the MacOS, this is a true dual-boot where one can select MacOS or Windows OS at startup and have the machine boot into that OS. v10.5 of the MacOS is supposedly going to include Boot Camp,
however you'll still need to get your hands on an Intel-based Mac first.

I'm running
Parallels
, a new virtual desktop aplication, on my MacBook Pro and it's as fast as any native Windows installation I've used. Granted, I haven't tried to play Half Life 2 on it or anything...it is a work machine after all.
