Mid term grades

I am a transfer student applying to Seattle University for Fall 2007. I have been searching repeatedly for a Mid-Term progress form to send to admissions with my current grades. I have been so far unsuccessful. Does Seattle U even have a form like this?

Mikey,

Transfer students do not need to file a midyear progress report.

The form is available for freshmen applicants who are currently in high school.
