In a matter of days, MySU will be actively supporting podcasts and vodcasts via custom channels developed by OIT Web Services. Stay tuned for more information on this useful and exciting feature! Not only will you be able to access audio files via podcasts that can be consumed by iTunes or other readers, but you can access video as well.

I will post more information about the release of these channels early next week.

Following the deployment of podcast and vodcast feeds in MySU, a further enhancement has been made to the student portal. The SU Web News Reader channel that appears on the Personal tab fully supports podcasts and vodcasts, in addition to standard RSS and RDF feeds.

If you frequent a particular podcast or vodcast regularly, consider adding it to your SU Web News Reader and you will be able to access it within MySU from anywhere. We hope you enjoy this enhancement.
