This past Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. observance day we had table talk conversations throughout the division (our community); hosted and facilitated by leaders in the division. These conversations hopefully aided us in continuing:
- To cross seen and unseen racial barriers.
- To hear and share diverse perspectives and experiences.
- To empower people to develop relationships with people from a variety of racial and ethnic backgrounds.
- To continue the work we have started in Professional Development Workshops.
