One of the many nice things about OSX is that it requires an admin password before running executables.  So, even when hackers start targeting the Mac world, the viruses will find it a little harder to propagate.

The trojans can be extremely dangerous and this is the reason that any educational institution should have an very effective virus sheild in place.

    Re: OSX Worm/Trojan

Viruses and spywares are perrineal problems that are faced by almost all internet users on a daily basis and when this virus comes in some unexpected form of attachment then it becomes even more diffcult to detect it.Educational institutions have lots of data in their databases and if they happen to encounter any virus attack then they face a big threat. It is for this reason that they should have a good anti virus in pace which would not only block the viruses but also make sure that they dont attack in future.
